We want to ensure you love your products, and if you are not completely satisfied we offer a 14 days money back guarantee! - All Discounted and promotional item sale prices are final.
- Acceptable reasons for returns: Product does not match description. The product was damaged upon arrival. We shipped the incorrect item or size.
- Returned Items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
- Requests for refunds must be be submitted via email at Support@Shieldcase.com within 14 days of delivery along with customer’s name and order number.
- Any return shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- If you received the wrong merchandise on behalf of Shieldcase, please contact us – email@example.com.
All approved refunds will be processed within 48 business hours after we receive the returned item. Please note it may take your banking institution 7-10 business days to receive and credit your account.
